REFUND POLICY

What if I change my mind?

WEBSITE- Please click here to submit a formal request for refund. Once design scheme is complete, 50% of payments rendered may be refunded. In final stages, no refunds will be processed.​

LOGO- Please click here to submit a formal request for refund. Client may receive full refund of any payment(s) rendered before the development stage of designing. Once a design scheme is finalized, NO REFUNDS will be rendered.

SOCIAL CONTENT- Client may decide once the designs are exchanged that they want something different. Content may be changed and edited but no refund will be given for social media story or post content.

Ways to pay

You have multiple payment options for your convenience and preference.

If your total is over $500:

If you wish to pay for your services in full and receive the discount, you can pay for your services using paypal or cashapp through (check this page). Orders over $500 receive an automatic 10% discount when you pay in full.​

If you would like to pay the deposit for totals over $500:

If you would like to make a deposit for services, you can pay through PayPal or CashApp. Use the Deposit Calculator to determine how much your deposit should be.  You will not receive the 10% Discount when you use this method of payment.

DEPOSITS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR TOTALS UNDER $500.

Upon receiving any payment, payment invoices are sent out to the Client.

WAYS TO PAY
  • What is the process for requesting services?
    Once you've made it to our website: Check out the services we provide! Find the main service you're interested in, and click on the appropriate link to request more information. Once you've gotten to the service inquiry form: Fill out the necessary information regarding how to get in contact with you and what you need for your business. Shedule a good time to reach you. Once you have requested a call: We will call you as close to your requested time as possible, according to our schedule. The call should take about 15 minutes, you dont need anything but your ideas! We will give you any further details on the call.
  • How long does the design process take?
    WEBSITE- Depends on the level of intricacy. Sites with 3-4 webpages can take as little as two weeks (14days) start to finish, with expedited service. This assumes proper client/designer communication practices. LOGO- logo designs by themselves take as little as one week and as many as 14 days to finish. Proper client/designer communication practices ensure efficient turnaround service. SOCIAL CONTENT- turnaround time is dependent on client needs: (stills & stories) Clients need to give 2 hour notice for post that Need to go out the same day. (Videos) clients need to give 5 hour advance notice for video content needed for the same day. BRANDING- The turnaround times is determined by the services the client subscribes to.
  • What if I change my mind?
    WEBSITE- Up until stage 2 client can request a full refund for any rendered payment(s). At stage 3, before design is finalized, client may receive 50% of rendered payment(s) Beyond stage 3 client cannot receive refund for rendered payment(s). LOGO- Client may receive full refund of any payment(s) rendered before the development stage of designing. Once a design scheme is finalized, client may only receive 25% of payment(s) rendered. SOCIAL CONTENT- Client may decide once the designs are exchanged that they want something different. Content may be changed and edited but no refund will be given for social media story or post content.
  • At what point do you start designing?
    For all services, designing starts when first deposit is paid. See pricing schedule for more information.
  • How will we communicate with each other?
    You may reach me during business hours (8am-7pm) MONDAY THRU SATURDAY by email preferably, and also by phone for more pressing issues.
  • How often do you post? (SMM)
    Clients and designer communicate the needs of the project and posts are scheduled according to the predetermined posting schedule.
  • How do I pay you?
    CashApp, Chime, Apple Pay, PayPal, Debit/Credit (online store)
