Cancellations or Requests to Reschedule

Thank you for your interest in the Virtual Address Signup Session at Fargo Virtual Business Solutions. My goal is to make this process smooth, professional, and secure for both you and your business. Please review the following policies before booking your session. Session Overview This is a one-on-one session designed to help you set up your virtual business mailing address. During our time together, I’ll walk you through filling out the required forms, explain how the service works, and answer any questions related to using your new address for business purposes. Setup Fee A non-refundable $25 setup fee is required at the time of booking your session. This fee covers: • Personalized assistance with completing your USPS Form 1583 • Document verification • Account setup in our mail system • Initial processing of your virtual mailbox preferences This fee is in addition to any ongoing monthly or annual virtual address subscription plan. Required Documentation To complete the signup process and begin mail handling services, you must bring: • Two forms of identification, including one government-issued photo ID • Proof of home address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) Failure to provide the correct documentation may delay or prevent activation of your virtual mailbox. Cancellations + Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of your $25 setup fee. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment once within a 7-day window without an additional charge. Privacy + Confidentiality All personal information shared during your session is protected and kept confidential. I do not share or sell your data. The information and materials you receive are for your personal use only and may not be duplicated or redistributed without written consent. Likewise, any business processes, resources, or service methods shared during your session are proprietary to Fargo Virtual Business Solutions and are protected under our terms of use. Next Steps After the Session Once your session is complete and your documents are verified, you’ll be officially onboarded as a virtual mail client.
