  • Mailing address (for virtual address clients)
  • Payment info (securely processed through Stripe or PayPal)
  • IP address, location, and site behavior via Google Analytics
  • Emails or messages you send through forms or contact links
 
What I use your information for:
 
  • To communicate about appointments, services, and support
  • To deliver newsletters, offers, or digital products you request
  • To improve website performance and user experience
 
I do NOT:

Content & Branding Ownership
All graphics, downloadable resources, and content on this website are owned by Fargo Virtual Business Solutions and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
 
Service Bookings
Appointments are required for all consultations, mail pickups, or service discussions. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
 
Client Responsibility
You’re responsible for reviewing service details and providing the required info on time (forms, approvals, content, etc.) to receive your deliverables.
 
Digital Products
You are purchasing a single-use license for digital products (not resale rights). Content may not be redistributed, sold, or modified without written approval.
 
Conduct
Any abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior will result in immediate termination of services.
Terms

Refund Policy 

 
Virtual Address Setup
 
  • The $25 setup fee is non-refundable once paid.
  • Monthly fees are non-refundable after payment, unless a billing error occurs.
 
Services (Design, Marketing, Consulting)​
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance
  • Missed or same-day cancellations are considered forfeited unless due to emergency
  • If I need to cancel or delay your service for any reason, you’ll be offered a reschedule or partial refund (at my discretion)

Digital Products
  • All sales are final on downloads and digital resources. Due to the nature of instant delivery, refunds are not available for digital products.

Marketing Campaigns & Design Services
  • Refunds are not offered once the work has begun. If the scope of work changes or is delayed due to the client, a reschedule or partial adjustment may be offered.
