Your virtual business address subscription is designed to give you convenience and professionalism, but it also comes with important guidelines.

 

Setup & Subscription:

 

• $25 one-time setup fee (non-refundable)

• Monthly fee billed on the date of subscription activation

• Subscription auto-renews unless canceled in writing

 

Mail Handling:

 

• Mail is stored for up to 30 days; after that, it may be discarded

• Packages must be picked up within 7 days of notification

• You’ll receive email or text alerts when mail is received

• I do not open mail unless requested in writing

 

Misuse Policy:

 

• You may only use the address for legal, verifiable business use

• Any suspected fraud or misuse (e.g. using the address for false credentials, mail fraud, or other violations) will result in immediate termination without refund

• You are responsible for updating your business license, tax, or state filings with the virtual address if required by your jurisdiction

 

ID & Documentation:

To activate your virtual address, I may request a government-issued ID and proof of business ownership. This ensures your mail is secure and traceable.

 

Limitation of Liability:

Fargo Virtual is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered mail caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers. We handle mail securely once it arrives, but delivery issues beyond our control are not covered.
